Our Yunnan Black tea is harvested in the Yunnan province of China and are grown at elevations of three to seven thousand feet. It is easily identified by its soft golden tips and has a chocolate cocoa and black pepper flavor. This tea has a silky chocolaty flavor that becomes earthier as it cools.
Use 2 teaspoons per 16 to 24 oz pot.
Use Boiling (212 F) water.
Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
Caffeine: about 40 mg per 8oz cup.
