Mao-Feng Green tea is produced in China. It is served as an everyday tea in China. A medium-bodied flavor and it is slightly smoother than some other green teas (ie, Dragonwell or Sencha).
It is able to be steeped several times, is good hot or iced and is a good base for many green-tea blends and flavors.
Use 1 Tablespoon per 16 to 24 oz pot.
Use Very Hot (180 - 195 F.) water.
Steep for 2 to 3 minutes
Can be steeped up to 3 times.
Caffeine: 20 mg / 8 oz cup.
