Congou is a black tea subcategory that can include teas like: Black Dragon, Minghong Gongfu and Dianhong Gongfu. Congou teas are harvested and processed with care and patience. Typically the whole leaf is tightly rolled and twisted. This fine tea is is scented with the juice of fresh Lychee fruit to give it a slight sweet taste with a hint of fruit.
Serve hot or cold.Use 2 teaspoons per 16 to 24 oz pot.
Use Boiling (212°F) water.
Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
