Our Irish breakfast tea is a blend of 2nd Flush Assam from India and Ceylon BP1. It has a strong robust, malty flavor and is reddish in color. It is more robust in flavor than English Breakfast Tea. Try it with milk and honey.
Use 2 teaspoons per 16 to 24 oz pot. Use Boiling (212ºF.) water.
Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
